This is for monkey users only! Ask your service provider how to make
a page if you aren't a monkey user!
- type "mph" at the prompt
this will make a folder called public_html
- type "cd public_html"
- type "pico index.html"
this will make a file called "index.html"
(the beginners guide will tell you what to put in it)
- when you are done, do control-x to get out
- after that, type "fix" and you have a web page on monkey!
Your URL is something like http://www.monkey.sbay.org/~YOU
(replace "YOU" with your userid, i.e. what you login with)
If you want to change soimething, just start from step 2 above.
You can view your page with "lynx http://www.monkey.sbay.org/~YOU"
